• The Vacuum Mixer HBM V comes as a complete treatment plant prepared for integration in existing processing lines or as „Stand Alone“ unit.
• The treatment plants consist of the Mixer HBM, the Vacuum System and the Control cabinet with PLC.
• For operation an operator panel with touch screen is integrated.
• Treatment programs are based on recipes which are tailor made to match Customer’s requirements.

Application:
For sterilizing and alkalizing of cocoa liquor, cocoa cake and for alkalizing of cocoa nibs to improve the raw material quality.
